Book, pay a deposit, and sign the waiver

Reply to the guide's Barb (it texts you once your request goes) with the time you want. It checks open times and books you. Some guides confirm each booking themselves first; Barb tells you when it's shared with them.

Barb: Jun 14 at 7:00 AM on the Half Day Float is open for 2, so you're booked. Your seats are held until Jun 2 at 7:00 PM MDT while the $100.00 deposit is unpaid, then released. Pay here: barbed.ai/pay/... Cancellation: a full refund up to 7 days before the trip.

Barb texts you a secure payment link (it opens on barbed.ai, the service your guide uses). Pay the deposit to hold your seats, or the full amount. The deposit is set by your guide.

Until the deposit is paid, your seats are held for a while (Barb tells you until when), then released if it isn't paid. Nothing is charged if they're released.

On the site: Your trips shows what's paid and due, with Pay now, which opens the secure card checkout and brings you back to your trip, and a Receipt on the trip's page: see Your trips: pay, receipts, and more.

If your guide uses a waiver, Barb texts the link after you book. Everyone going signs (a parent or guardian signs for anyone under 18). It takes a couple of minutes, and each signer can download a signed copy. Share the link with your group.

Your trip's page in Your trips (Details) has where to meet (with a map link), the forecast in the week before, what to bring, what's included, your guide's notes, what you paid, and the cancellation terms you booked with. It stays there after the trip, too.
