When your trip ends, Barb texts a thank-you from your guide, with a link to tip by card, a link to review your guide on Google if they've set one, and a link to review the trip on Barb Outdoors.
Barb: Thanks for getting out with Madison Drift. Hope you had a great time! If you'd like to tip your guide, they probably appreciate cash, but if you're out of cash, you can tip by card here: barbed.ai/tip/... If you have a minute, a quick review of your trip on Barb Outdoors helps a lot: barboutdoors.com/review/...
- Tips: Barb takes nothing from them; they go to the guide who ran your trip. The link works for 90 days. Cash is always welcome too.
- Reviews take a minute: a rating from 1 to 5 and a few words if you like. You choose how your name shows (your first name and last initial, or "A client") and whether to publish it.
If you choose to publish it, your review shows on the guide's page as soon as you send it, good or bad. Some are held for a person to read first, under the same rules for every review: see how reviews work. With the same link you can change it for 90 days after your trip (unless a person has already checked it) and take it back anytime. Your guide can post a public reply under it.
On the site
In Your trips, open Details for a past trip to tip by card or write your review right there, while each is open. You can change or take back your review there too. The links in your text keep working.
