Add who's coming

Add the people coming with you for the seats you booked: your guide sees them, and those with an email get the trip's details.

On the site

  1. Step 1: Open Details for the trip in Your trips.
  2. Step 2: Under Who's coming, add each person's name and their email or mobile (or tick that they have neither, for a child, say).
  3. Step 3: To swap someone, choose Take off beside them, then add the new person.

Or text your guide's Barb: "add my friend Pat to Saturday's trip, with their email", or "take Pat off".

Client: Add my friend Pat Lee to Saturday's trip.

Barb: Done: Pat Lee is on your Half Day Float on Jun 14 at 7:00 AM. Want to add Pat's email, so they get the trip's details and the reminder?

What they get

  • Your guide sees who's coming on their trip list.
  • Someone with an email gets the trip's details (where to meet, what to bring, the waiver, and the group chat's line), a reminder before the trip, and word if it moves or is called off. They can stop those emails with the link in each one.
  • Barb never texts them: they didn't sign up for texts. Pass on the trip's details, or have them join the group chat with its line.
  • With their own phone or email, they can sign in to Your trips and see the trip.

Questions

How many can I add?
One for each seat you booked, besides you. To bring more people, ask your guide.

Still stuck? Ask Barb, or email [email protected].
