Sign in to Your trips

1. 1Step 1: Choose Your trips at the top of any page (in the menu on a phone).
2. 2Step 2: Enter the mobile number or email you booked with or texted Barb from, and press Send me a code.
3. 3Step 3: Enter the 6-digit code we text or email you, and press Sign in. It works for 10 minutes.

Barb: Your Barb Outdoors code is 123456. It expires in 10 minutes. Don't share it.

You stay signed in on that browser for 30 days. Then see Your trips: pay, receipts, and more for what's there.

• Codes by text go to US and Canadian mobile numbers. With any other number, use your email.
• A code goes only to a number or email Barb already knows: one you booked with, sent a request from, texted Barb or a guide's Barb from, linked on Your trips, or were added to a trip with.
• The page says the same thing either way, so nobody can use it to find out who uses Barb. If no code comes, try the other number or email you might have used.

• Wait a minute, then choose Send a new code. Up to five codes a day go to one number or email.
• Five wrong tries and a code stops working: send a new one.
• If you once replied STOP to the number codes come from, codes by text won't arrive. Use your email, or text START to that number.

At the bottom of Your trips, Sign out signs out this browser, and Sign out everywhere ends every session.
