Request to book a guide who isn't on Barb yet

Request to book is on the pages of guides who aren't on Barb yet. The page says Not on Barb yet · we'll pass on your request.

1. 1Step 1: Tap Request to book.
2. 2Step 2: Pick the trip (if they list more than one), your first day, your last day if it's more than one, and how many people.
3. 3Step 3: Add your name, and a note if you like: half or full day, what you're after, experience, or kids' ages.
4. 4Step 4: Choose Text it or Email it. Your Messages or email app opens with your request written to Barb. Tap Send.

A no, or no reply, sends nothing. From there it goes as in What happens after you send a request: when they join, their Barb texts you to book, and if they don't answer in about four days, Barb offers other guides who fit.

• Text it works from US and Canadian numbers.
• From anywhere else, choose Email it. When your browser says you're outside the US and Canada, email comes first.
• By email, your request goes to Barb Outdoors' inbox, where a person reads it, answers you by email, and reaches out to the guide.
